    Enrolling in a medical plan at Ethos grants access to Value Added Benefits through BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, including but not limited to virtual checkups, behavioral health support, wellness discounts, and a 24/7 Nurseline.

  • Life and AD&D

    Ethos offers Basic Life and AD&D insurance through BlueCross BlueShield of Texas at no cost, providing $50,000 in coverage and the option to purchase additional Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance for you and your family at competitive group rates.

  • Short Term Disability

    Ethos offers Short Term Disability (STD) insurance through BlueCross BlueShield of Texas at no cost to you.

  • Long Term Disability

    Ethos offers Long Term Disability (LTD) insurance at no cost through BlueCross BlueShield of Texas.

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

    Ethos offers Healthcare and Dependent Care FSAs through Navia Benefits, enabling you to set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified medical, dental, vision, or dependent care expenses.

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)

    Employees enrolling in HDHP plans must open an HSA for qualified medical expenses. 

  • Voluntary Benefits

    Ethos offers Accident, Hospital Indemnity and Critical Illness coverage, which can supplement your medical plan and provide you and your family with the additional financial protection you may need. 

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
